Just reported in Mailing Systems Technology, the USPS will not increase first class postage rates... John E. Potter, Postmaster General said, "First-Class Mail, Standard Mail, periodicals and single-piece Parcel Post. There will be no exigent price increase for these products."
Great news for mailers, but how will the USPS stop the flow of red ink??? Thoughts?
